About Kennedy
Kennedy was always destined to be in the sports world. With both mother and father intrenched in athletics, she quickly became an athlete herself. Her mother is Patti Smith, VP of communications for the Harris County Houston Sports Authority, and former sports reporter for the Houston Texans, Rockets, and Astros. Her father was a football coach at both the high school and collegiate level. She ran track at Texas A&M, where she became an All-SEC hurdler and the 6th fastest hurdler all-time as an Aggie. Now that she has graduated with her Masters Degree in Sports Management, she is pursuing a career as a sports reporter.

Kennedy was the In-Game Host for the Washington Nationals for the 2024 Spring Training season. She conducted all fan engagement pieces as well as promotional content.

Kennedy is currently the game host for the UFL team The Houston Roughnecks. As game host, Kennedy conducts big screen interviews with players, coaches, and celebrity guests. She also does fan engagement and promotional spots.

Kennedy is the current sideline reporter for AT&T Sports Net Southwest high school football game of the week.

Kennedy is a sports reporter and producer for a Texas A&M sports media company called Texags. Her primary job is to produce and conduct interviews with aggie student athletes. She also is co-host to a weekly national football show "Up to the SECond" that covers the major matchups of the week.

Kennedy received an athletic scholarship to attend Texas A&M University where she studied Communications and Business. After graduating with honors, she perused her masters degree in sports management. She earned All-SEC hurdling recognitions and was captain of the track team for 4 years.
